Checks

To perform a Check Deposit you need to access the ECash Direct software. Instructions on how to find the ECash Direct main screen are available here.

This is a two-step transaction : Step 1 involves completing the online deposit form within the ECash Direct system; and Step 2 involves delivering a check to ECash Direct.

Step 1 :

To complete the online deposit form you need to specify four pieces of information that you can obtain directly from your check:
Name on check
Amount of deposit in US Dollars
Check number (top right hand corner of the check)
Account number (lower line of the check)
To ensure the fastest possible service, the information on your check must match the information keyed onto the online deposit form exactly.

Step 2 :

Once you have filled out the online form, you must mail your check to:

Your check should be made payable to:
ECash Direct (UK) Limited

Make sure you include your account number on the front of your check as a reference, so we know which account to credit when we receive it. Your account number is displayed on the ECash Direct Check Deposit screen.

Deposit Limits : There is a maximum per month deposit limit of US$10,000 or currency equivalent. This is the largest amount of money that ECash Direct will post to your account by check during a single calendar month.
